Versatile job as project manager
Janno has a one-year-old daughter and recently returned to tmc after his parental leave. It has been a very rewarding and intensive time at home. Janno started with tmc, the family friendly employer situated in Linz and in Vienna, in the end of 2020 as project manager. He is an allrounder in his team, since he prepares contracts, offers to clients and orders, does reconciliations with the engineering department, did M&A work in regards to measurement technology and much more. He appreciates his challenging and versatile job with the fast-growing software enterprise tmc.

Janno highly values the flexible working model which tmc, the employer situated in Linz and in Vienna, offers including flexitime and weekly home office days. He is also very pleased with the fact that he was encouraged in regards to his parental leave and his team leader as well as the entire team supported him.
