Meet the two masterminds Franz Berger and Benjamin Stuntner, now certified scrum professionals. Benjamin is our Head of Product Management. Franz is primarily our Head of Fleet Management, but also a Product Owner and Head of our Corporate IT and Security. Beyond their roles at tmc they have recently finished their sprint of reaching the agile Olympus and are now *drumroll* Certified Scrum Professionals (CSP), which is the highest-level Scrum Certification.

“Challenging ourselves and our peers is part of our natural curiosity and it makes us as individuals and as a company more performant” says Franz and Benjamin adds “as we operate in a world of multi-disciplinary software development, we truly benefit from the discussions with fellow agilists in the Scrum Alliance community”.

“We celebrate Franz and Benjamin’s achievement. It’s a task that’s now moved to the done list. With change as our constant, continuous education is important to us at tmc” says Carolin Angermayr, Head of Human Resources and adds “we will keep filling our Kanban board for more success stories”.
