Every track inspection or measurement project is different. There is no one-size-fits-all. The tmENV solution is therefore customized to be installed on different machines and carrier vehicles, depending on the fleet you have available. Individual scanners and processing hardware can be used and incorporated to fit your use case.
Increased accuracy with all-in-one frame data capture approach
Our approach is to capture the whole track environment in one frame. This sets us apart from solutions that only capture parts such as the catenary wire. With an all-in-one approach, we can reduce inaccuracies in measurements to a minimum.This means that, for example, the catenary wire is always measured in relation to the track axis and the top of rail, as seen in the picture. If only the catenary wire is measured, you would be missing the measured relation to the track, leading to unpredictable inaccuracies, due to suspension-related machine movements.
Pay-per-feature
Only pay for the software features your use case requires. So, if you’re planning to install tmENV on a ballast regulator, we won’t charge you for the catenary wire measurements. If you’ve got a new railway construction project coming up and wish to use all features, from catenary wire measurement and ballast profile measurement to clearance profile measurement, track distance measurement and platform edge detection, we will make sure to provide you with a bundle offer.
User friendly reports and exports
The tmENV solution includes a detailed report on our cloud-based platform. The reports as well as the data can be exported easily, including human-readable formats.
Enhanced track maintenance view
Many railway infrastructure projects require a multitude of data, beyond environmental scanning. These may include track geometry data, GPR data, rail profile measurements, rail corrugations, and more. With tmOS, our cloud-based platform, you can access tmENV data and reports as well as a combined few of all measurements carried out on a given track, by us, by you or even by third parties.
