- Define and implement test strategies and quality standards
- Plan, coordinate and oversee all testing activities throughout the software lifecycle
- Create and maintain teste plans, test cases and test reports
- Manage manual and automated testing, including integration, system and regression tests
- Coordinate test efforts across teams
- Monitor test progress, defects, risks and release readiness
- Drive test automation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance on testing processes, tools and best practices

What you will do
What you bring
- Advanced Technical Degree (HTL, FH, Uni) in Computer Science or equal
- Relevant professional experience in software testing and test management
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, quality assurance and test process design
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate (or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience in agile environment and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Team player, flexible, creative, curious, and reliable
- German is an advantage but no requirement
- Readiness for continuous further education
