- You will be part of our international Support Team
- Level1 support: Manages the opening and tracking of issues, taking ownership to ensure resolution and enhance end-user satisfaction.
- Perform Level 2 support: Diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues without involving the R&D team.
- Interact with Level 3 Support (R&D) for issues where code changes are needed.
- Efficiently prioritizes and manages time to meet or exceed minimum service level requirements.
- Overall, you will monitor the applications for consistent functionality and performance at the infrastructure and machine level.
