- You have a proven track record in successfully managing a software development team for at least 3+ years
- You have a detailed understanding of a complete Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and developed software yourself
- You have experience in 1st & 2nd Level of Software Apps & IoT devices
- You have worked in the field of System Verification of Software Apps & IoT devices
- You are familiar with project-tools like Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket & M365
- You are committed to your targets in quality and time
- You have an advanced degree (College, UAS, University)
- You are a good communicator and feel comfortable in communicating with your staff as well as international
stakeholders - You have a sound comprehension are able to plan greater goals in smaller milestones
- You are not afraid of solving problems
- English business fluency is a requirement
- You are open to other cultures and ways of working
